To bring this vision to life, Benezet Caviar chose to work with one of France's finest sturgeon farms, located near Bordeaux in Aquitaine. There, in the heart of preserved ponds and thanks to expertise acquired over several decades, rare, delicate caviars of incomparable finesse are born.
